We are a family-owned company with a solid track record in successful agricultural projects. Before starting our musaceae cultivation at Finca Las Vegas (bananas and plantains), we led the largest basic grain seed company in Latin America's tropical region. After selling this business to a multinational, we decided to dedicate Finca Las Vegas to musaceae cultivation.

Finca Las Vegas is located in the municipality of Tiquisate, in the department of Escuintla, on the southern coast of Guatemala. Tiquisate is world-renowned for its ideal conditions for musaceae production: deep, fertile soil, abundant water, suitable climate conditions, and a mountain range of volcanoes that protects the area from severe weather.

Every year, Corpoagro produces 3.5 million boxes of bananas and 750 thousand boxes of plantains. To achieve this production, we have a team of more than 1,000 employees from 15 municipalities.
